The building has advised that construction works for a new swimming pool and gym facilities on Level 4 are scheduled to commence on 19 November 2026, with an estimated completion date of 18 August 2027. During this time, there may be some demolition and construction noise and other minor disruptions within the building. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. The building has advised that the works should not significantly affect guests staying in the apartments, aside from some potential noise, and the building management will continue to monitor the works and provide updates as the project progresses. Construction will only occur during business hours on weekdays, with no work taking place on weekends or public holidays. We appreciate your respect for the space so we can continue providing a great experience for all guests.
