Surrounded by water views and exquisite gardens, this incredible and spacious home has guests literally not wanting to leave. Well laid out and very well appointed with a gorgeous and wide canal on one side and a glimmering heated pool on the other. You will wake up to the North East facing water front, open the bifold doors and you will know you are on holiday. The covered pool side gazebo, outdoor shower, carpeted jetty and sandy beach are more reasons that our guests leave great reviews

Located opposite the canal from John Davidson Park the area is on a beautiful canal frontage. Centrally located with good access to Broadbeach and Bermuda St as well Pacific Fair Broadbeach is located in the heart of Australia's most popular holiday playground. The Suburb of Broadbeach has two shopping centres in close proximity and numerous shops and world class restaurants. Pacific Fair and Oasis shopping centres are both located off the Gold Coast Highway. There are many events held in Broadbeach. In May The Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival is held every year and attracts some very renown musicians and guests from all over the world. Broadbeach also hosts other significant events including the Groundwater Country Music Festival (July), Gold Coast Super Hero Weekend (April) Surf Life Saving titles (April) and Gold Coast most impressive carols by Candlelight (December). The walks along the beach are some of the most beautiful along the Gold Coast
