Your serene one-bedroom studio is designed for your exclusive comfort, and you’ll have full access to the space. Please note that this studio is attached to the owner’s two-bedroom studio, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while allowing you to enjoy your privacy. You’ll also have complete access to the fantastic Level 5 facilities at The Mark, which include pools, a sauna, a gym and a spa and BBQ facilities for you cooking needs. For your convenience, you can enter the property from Orchid Avenue or directly from the car park. The car park provides seamless access to The Mark, making it easy to come and go as you explore the vibrant surroundings of Surfers Paradise. Entering Your Studio When you arrive at the studio, you’ll have your own private entrance for convenient access. After stepping out of the lifts, simply walk straight ahead to the front door. The entrance to your studio is located directly to the left. This means you won’t need to enter the owner’s apartment at any point, ensuring you have your own space and privacy during your stay.
